Welcome to Build A Business in 3 Days (the “Course”), offered by Empower.Execute.Elevate (“EEE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Course, related digital materials, community spaces, resources, and educational content.

01. Course Access & Usage

• Your purchase grants you one personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the Course and its materials.
• Course access is intended solely for your individual educational and business development purposes.
• You may not share login credentials, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, upload, transfer, or otherwise make Course materials available to another person or business without prior written authorization from Empower.Execute.Elevate.
• Course access will remain available for the access period stated on the applicable enrollment or checkout page.

02. Refund Policy

Because this Course contains immediately accessible digital educational content, downloads, intellectual property, tools, templates, and proprietary resources, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued based on failure to complete the Course, change of mind, lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with results obtained from implementing the educational material.

03. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Course content and related materials are owned by or licensed to Empower.Execute.Elevate.

This includes, but is not limited to, videos, recordings, training materials, presentations, worksheets, templates, frameworks, graphics, written content, downloads, branding materials, strategies, systems, and educational resources.

• Disruptive, fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct

Empower.Execute.Elevate reserves the right to suspend or remove access to community spaces or Course resources when these standards are violated. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of access without refund.

07. Third-Party Platforms & Resources

The Course may reference, demonstrate, recommend, integrate with, or link to third-party tools, websites, artificial intelligence platforms, software, payment processors, social media platforms, or business services. Empower.Execute.Elevate does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, performance, security, terms, or changes to their services.

08. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify Empower.Execute.Elevate if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

09. Course Updates & Modifications

Empower.Execute.Elevate may periodically update Course lessons, resources, tools, bonuses, community features, curriculum, technology, or delivery methods in order to improve the participant experience or keep content current.

We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the Course after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Empower.Execute.Elevate and its owners, representatives, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from your participation in the Course, implementation of Course content, reliance on information provided, or use of third-party tools or services.

11. Termination of Access

Empower.Execute.Elevate reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when a participant violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses community members or staff, shares Course access without authorization, or otherwise materially disrupts the Course experience.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
